Introduction

Hi! My name is Alyssa Peterson. I'm a PSEO student and am loving every minute of it. I currently go to ARCC part-time online and part-time at North Central University, a bible college in downtown Minneapolis. I work at Caribou Coffee as a barista and in my free time I like to hang out with my friends and am very involved at this ministry I work with. I really enjoy writing and am excited to see with this class if journalism is the right "fit" for me! I am looking forward to meeting all of you guys in your blogs. :)

    Alyssa,

    I'm curious to know what you think of North Central University. What classes are you taking there?
    Caribou soundsl ike a good job to have; especially if you love coffee. I always wanted a job at a place like that, only for the free coffee though, Not for the huge wages. Well, good luck with the class and hope you enjoy it.

    Hey Alyssa. I'm a PSEO student also. Are you a Junior or Senior?
    Caribou Coffee is great. My grandma fed me coffee literally from a bottle and I've loved it ever since!

    This semester I am taking Sociology for the American Youth and Biology. I really like my Sociology class and would highly recommend it. :)

    That's really great that your able to do PSEO this year. I only wish I would have done the same. You will be so grateful to have two years of college completed when you graduate high school. Are you planning on going to North Central when you graduate?

    I'm so glad I took PSEO. These days money is rather tight, so going to college and borrowing books for free definitely helps. Not to mention it helps you get a head start on your college adventures! I hope you enjoy all the classes you get to take.

    Oh, and I'm sort of jealous you work at Caribou. I love coffee shops, and if I could I'd live in one. It's always so nice walking in and being greeted with all the great smells and smiles. The Cookies n' Cream Snowdrift there is one of my favorites.

    Hey! Sounds like you have alot on your plate but you seem to keep up with everything. Good for you! I wish that I would have done PSEO when I was in high school. Enjoy class and I hope to comment back to you again soon.

    That's wonderful to hear that you've taken advantage of the PSEO program. When I was in High School I wasn't informed of the option until my senior year, and was reluctant to do so considering I wanted to spend as much time as I could with my friends for the last year. Also, I absolutely love Caribou Coffee, and with you working there I'm assuming you must as well!

    Im also a current PSEO student though I'm doing all of my classes at the Cambridge Campus, except for this class, which is online of course.
    That is awesome that you work at Caribou, I bet your a coffee girl too? I know if I worked their I would be drinking the coffee like crazy.
